We are looking for experienced IT Retail Sales & Account Manager. The role provides unique opportunity to work and lead on projects across APAC region. Career plan tailored to goals from individual candidates.


Job Responsibilities:

  • Leading the development and implementation of sales and marketing projects together with associated activities, all aimed at attracting new customers.
  • Provide HRS with thorough research and analysis of the local business competition, with the aim of gaining a competitive edge.
  • Involvement in the development of HRS market research and sales strategy.
  • Acquire customer leads using all available methods: phone, participation in exhibitions, events, presentations
  • Meet sales goals in accordance with the company targets.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers and partners of HRS.
  • Organize sales and marketing events for customers.
  • Represent HRS interests and the HRS Brand when customer facing.


Personal Profile:

  • Experience 3 + years in selling IT solutions and services for Retail. Experience with POS/omnichannel concept will be an advantage.
  • Written and verbal presentation skills.
  • Fluent written and speaking English language. Additional language would be an advantage.
  • Previous experience with Retail transformation projects;
  • Previous experience with retailers, retail IT vendors or system integrators;
  • Knowledge of retail customers, vendors and solutions;
  • Understanding of retail business domain;
  • Excellent communication skills. Ability to establish and maintain relationships on C level;
  • Solid contact network within APAC retailers;
  • Self-driven, able to work independent;
  • Be pro-active and have a positive ‘can-do’ attitude;
  • Be able to open doors and close deals
  • Flexible. Home based with ability to travel.
