Strategic Partnership Development:
- Identify, establish, and cultivate partnerships with TikTok to drive mutual growth and innovation.
- Negotiate partnership terms and contracts, ensuring a win-win relationship for both parties.
- Develop and implement long-term strategies for partner engagement, ensuring alignment with the company’s goals.

Collaboration & Relationship Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the company and TikTok, fostering clear communication and strong collaboration.
- Manage ongoing relationships, ensuring that internal teams and external partners work cohesively to achieve shared objectives.
- Build trust with TikTok partners to secure preferential access to platform tools, beta tests, and new product releases.

Product Integration & Innovation:
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., account management, brand partnerships, marketing, performance marketing, and production) to integrate TikTok’s platform capabilities into the company’s products or services.
- Leverage partnerships to gain early access to platform features, tools, or data, enhancing the company's offerings and staying ahead of the competition.

Performance Tracking & Reporting:
- Monitor the success of partnerships through established KPIs, ensuring that both the company and partners achieve their desired outcomes.
- Regularly review partnership performance and provide detailed reports and insights to senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement in partnership execution and propose strategies for optimization.
- Career: You have several years of experience in Client Management, preferably in a social media agency.
- TikTok Expertise: You can demonstrate solid knowledge and success in developing and implementing social media strategies, particularly on TikTok.
- Expertise: You have in-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, products, market, and industry trends, with a focus on social media.
- Management Skills: You think entrepreneurially and possess strong negotiation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Analytical Skills: You have strong analytical abilities and experience with social media analytics tools.
- Hands-on Mentality: You are characterized by your teamwork, coupled with motivation and assertiveness.
- Communication Skills: Your communication and presentation skills, as well as your networking abilities, are among your strongest attributes.
- Language Skills: You possess excellent English skills, both written and spoken. Proficiency in German would be a valuable addition.
