As a Junior Business Development Manager (f/m/d) - German Speaker at Makerverse, you'll play a key role in growing one of the most exciting companies in on-demand manufacturing. • Manage and support technical sales projects, guiding customers through the onboarding process and helping them leverage the full potential of our platform.
• Develop and deliver tailored, technically-focused sales materials and presentations that address customer needs across various manufacturing technologies.
• Build and maintain relationships by serving as the point of contact for customers, helping them navigate our platform and achieve project success.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of customer projects, addressing challenges and identifying opportunities for further engagement.

• At least 1 year of experience in sales within manufacturing companies, with hands-on experience in CNC machining, injection molding, or additive manufacturing.
• Fluent in German with at least a B1-B2 level in English.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot) is a plus.
• Basic data analytics skills to support data-driven decision-making and customer targeting are also a plus.
