Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the GOS Group Operations & Strategy, Project Management team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as a Junior Project Manager International Projects .

You can look forward to

Providing support (Project Office) for interdisciplinary, international project teams

Assisting experienced project managers with management of the results, scheduling and budgeting of their projects from the project idea across the entire project lifecycle

Supporting the project management team in the planning, steering and controlling of costs, contents, tasks, results, deadlines and external service providers

Preparing project documentation and presentations as well as updating and status reporting in the enterprise-wide project management software

Supporting a continuous exchange and partnership-based actions to ensure project stakeholder satisfaction as well as elaborating solution scenarios in the event of divergences

Contributing to the further development of the project management standards and involvement in the global project management community

You come equipped with

Ideally, initial experience in project management or the desire to embark on a career in project management

Master's degree with a bearing on economics

Willingness to undergo further training in project management, such as project management certification

Initial experience in the insurance or financial environment is welcome

Ideally, knowledge of (multi-)project management tools such as MS Project, Planisware, Jira, Azure DevOps etc.

Independent user skills in German and English

Willingness to go on occasional business trips worldwide

Capacity for interconnected and structured thinking, analytical skills and a solution-oriented communication approach
