Sales Manager(Auto Industry)

- Title of the position

Sale manager

- Detailed tasks and responsibilities

  1. Build a strong connection with car makers in order to expand the business
  2. Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology, define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified
  3. To reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition
  4. Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation;
  5. Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customers’ satisfaction;
  6. Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc;
  7. Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action;
  8. Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey);
  9. Support Sales Administration Manager for reporting activity;

Approach new business of German OEMS, especially BMW and Benz in three field:

Comfortable parts

Chrome parts

Metal speaker grille parts


2. **Requirements for the candidate**:

- Necessary qualifications (education, certificates)

Bachelor degree or above

- Work experience (number of years, specific industries)

Minimum 5 years auto industry working experience; Have customer resources of BMW or Daimler


- Technical skills and knowledge (e.g. software, tools)

  1. Good oral and written English communication ability;
  2. Capacity to apply APQP,PPAP, ISO/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge;
  3. Basic computer skill;


- Soft skills (e.g. ability to work in a team, communication skills)

  1. Good knowledge of how to make Effective Presentation, Quotation Knowledge, Offer& Contract Management,P1;
  2. Willing to frequent travel over China; teamwork;

- Salary range

Annual salary around 100,000 EURO

- Type of employment contract:Fixed-term, full-time
