We are currently recruiting an Operations & Maintenance Senior Manager for utility scale PV plants and BESS to facilitate the growth in our business without compromising the quality and responsiveness of services. In your function as O&M Senior Manager, you will be responsible for establishing the work plan and perform Operation & Maintenance Services on-site of utility solar PV projects during commercial operation, achieve project milestones, such as keep on the overall project quality and safety, to maximize energy output and to track the targeted Performance Ratio and Availability of the PV plants. During the O&M phase of the PV Plant / BESS, you will provide suggestions and improvements regarding the SCADA system in order to optimize remote monitoring tasks.

Responsibilities:

As O&M Senior Manager, you will manage utility scale solar PV projects located in Germany with a focus on – but not limited to - the following aspects:

• Hosting regular on-site meetings on needs, ensure continuously monitoring of PV plants, subcontractors on-site operation & maintenance services and to ensuring proper running of the PV plant;
• Serving as point-of-contact for O&M Subcontractors during commercial operation of PV plant;
• Ensuring all safety material and documentation is on-site;
• Preparing, writing and presenting accurate monthly operation records and reports;
• Providing support in analyzing root cause, if there are claims such as warranty claims and handling;
• Assisting from time to time in various maintenance and troubleshooting activities;
• Planning and organization of inspection and maintenance campaigns;
• Communicating with customers, suppliers and other partners;
• Preparing of technical monthly and annual reports.

Requirements:

You must be able to multi-task and demonstrate the ability to work with other project team members, subcontractors, consultants and other professionals. He/she is well structured, pro-active, and able to go into technical details. Following professional know-how is required:

• Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electrical Engineering;
• Experience in technical engineering, design, construction and /or O&M of PV plants;
• Experience in operation and maintenance and servicing of PV plants;
• Knowledge in the field of Network and SCADA technology;
• Good at troubling shooting, root cause analysis;
• Providing solutions for general site issues and events;
• Microsoft Office applications incl. Word, Excel and Power Point;
• Fluent German in spoken and written is necessary;
• Good skills in English, spoken and written is a plus;
• Good communication skills.
