Our partner, who is a tier-A VC-backed fin-tech start-up is looking for a (Full-stack) Enterprise Account Executive DACH.

The mission:
The long-term goal is world domination (obviously), but the more short-term plan includes:
- Integrating more AI
- Dominate DACH region
- Further, improve on RevOps
- Acquire more big banks as clients
This year they managed to grow 2.3 times, but currently they don't have the manpower to repeat that in 2025.
Next to that, there's a lot of opportunity in DACH that the current Senior Account Executive just can't handle alone.
You’ll be doing this:
- Strategising, prospecting, qualifying leads, and closing sales. I mean you’re a full-stack AE, you do it all. (except admin, no worries)
- You’ll manage your own pipeline, spot bottlenecks, and adjust your strategy accordingly.
- Multichannel outreach approach and managing long and complex sales cycles.
- Develop proposals for solutions that will fill client needs.
- Negotiating and closing deals with an average ticket value of €300.000,-. Big boy numbers so be prepared.
- Market segment: Financial services
- Buyer persona: Head of Sales, digital officer and C-level.
- ICP: Big banks and lenders in DACH
- Outbound: web/seminars, international networking events, email, cold calls, LinkedIn, etc. Whatever you want to do as long as you get the job done. Use your creativity!
- Inbound: you’ll get leads from various places including marketing that you can qualify and close.
- The team: you’ll work closely with another DACH Account Executive and the founders. Also you'll get the help of pre-sales engineers. The other 2 Account Executives handle different regions.

- You’re part of a start-up, this means options for growth are endless and your work really matters. You create your own path and that of the company. However, since you have such a big impact, your failures will weigh heavier as well. Be honest, open, and ask for help when you need it!
- COMMUNICATE! You’re part of a small team doing something big. Speak up and speak often.
- Enjoy not having 7 stages of approval in order to try new things. Get creative, be dynamic, adapt, improve, and go get them!
