Responsibilities:

• You join a team of tech sassy Internet of Things software and system engineers.
• As the most senior person you help to transform IoT requirements into scalable, secure and efficient backend solutions.
• You optimize and automate consistently the software performance by spotting potential problems and suggest solutions.
• You are responsible for the troubleshooting, debugging and deployments of the production system.
• You mainly work with C/C++, Python, Docker, Bash, Linux command line, Git, GNU Make, GNU Compiler Collection, GNU Binutils, GNU Debugger, GNU Autotools, Networking Concepts, Security Concepts.

Your profile:

• Minimum 4 years full-time work experience as a software or systems engineer.
• Minimum 2 years of full-time work experience working in productive systems.
• You were involved in the design, implementation, migration, deployment, observability, monitoring of a production system. Not only having developed a prototype.
• Good understanding in Python, Bash scripting, Linux command line, GNU Tools and C/C++ and fluent in one coding language.
• Ability to work with Docker.
• Good understanding of distributed systems.
• Work experience in the IoT area.
• Fluent in English, any other spoken language is a plus.
