- Detailed tasks and responsibilities
- Build a strong connection with car makers in order to expand the business
- Deploy a market analysis in order to target new customers for each technology, define the strategy to approach them and execute the actions identified
- To reach the assigned target of Order Acquisition
- Participating the commercial contract discussion/negotiation;
- Coordinating the cross function teams of the company to ensure a customers’ satisfaction;
- Support business development manager for new opportunity and marketing activities etc;
- Analyze the integration of customer on quality indicators, reliability and service level, deriving from warning network and purpose of improvement action;
- Evaluate customer satisfaction made by customer (indicator, survey);
- Support Sales Administration Manager for reporting activity;

Approach new business of German OEMS, especially BMW and Benz in three field:
Comfortable parts
Chrome parts
Metal speaker grille parts
2. **Requirements for the candidate**:
- Necessary qualifications (education, certificates)
Bachelor degree or above
- Work experience (number of years, specific industries)
Minimum 5 years auto industry working experience; Have customer resources of BMW or Daimler
- Technical skills and knowledge (e.g. software, tools)
- Good oral and written English communication ability;
- Capacity to apply APQP,PPAP, ISO/TS 16949, Project Management, Marketing & Competition Analysis, Product Knowledge;
- Basic computer skill;
- Soft skills (e.g. ability to work in a team, communication skills)
- Good knowledge of how to make Effective Presentation, Quotation Knowledge, Offer& Contract Management,P1;
- Willing to frequent travel over China; teamwork;

Annual salary around 100,000 EURO
