Responsibilities：

• Build and lead Xiaomi Germany social media strategy in line with business objectives; Work closely with key stakeholders to support marketing campaign launches as well as any promotional activity – supplying support plans/schedules for social activity;
• Create and manage existing/new social media accounts for a line of Xiaomi Germany (Facebook, X, YouTube, Instagram, TiK ToK, LinkedIn) , ensure that high-level customer engagement, deliver Xiaomi’s philosophy on social - make friends with our fans;
• Develop innovative ideas for content, brand initiatives and campaigns to push the brand ahead of the competition as well as continuously optimize campaign and channel activity on social media;
• Work closely with the other team members on influencer, blogger and event activity to drive engagement, follower growth and sales; Be a brand guardian for the creative aesthetic of all social channels;
• Collaborate with Xiaomi’s global social media team and Western Europe project team to provide local market insights and listen to local social media trends;
• Provide expertise and strategy for paid social media support to ensure optimized performance across all channels, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Requirements：

• University degree in a Creative or Communications-related field;
• Previous experience working in social media especially with Facebook, Instagram and YouTube, with hands- on management of social media accounts;
• Demonstrate experience building social media audiences, including hands-on development of creative materials and copy;
• Experience with social media analytics and optimization techniques, having directly managed end-to-end execution of social media campaigns;
• Creative writing skills;
• Proven track record of Influencer marketing projects and high level of communication skills.
• Strong sense of design and aesthetics;
• Hands-on attitude and quirky personality;
• Native in German, fluent in English;
• Other language and design skills as a plus.
