What’s the scope?

Lee® & Wrangler® 2 of the most Iconic denim brands in the world, with a rich history of iconic products and influencers like Freddie Mercury, John Lennon and Mick Jagger. This Key Account Manager role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Jeanswear brands future by managing their key accounts. The role has the responsibility for achieving the strategic goals like:

  • Revenue responsibility.
  • The implementation of the Brand's strategic orientation.
  • Maintenance of customer relationships.
  • Acquisition of new customers and the store expansion of existing customers.


As our Key Account Manager, you will be our contact person for central buying and the strategic customer buying. Furthermore, you will be planning, implementing and supervising our annual meetings with customers; term planning, product planning and line presentations, as well as conducting product and sales trainings.

As our Key Account Manager you will;

  • Organizing and conducting line and sample presentations.
  • Inform customers on our brand's strategic orientation, products and marketing concept;
  • Maintain contact with our customers’ decision makers in the purchasing departments and & central stores;
  • Monitoring the compliance, with the concluded agreement, in stores by involving visual merchandisers and sales reps, with a focus on product presence and brand presentation at the POS;
  • Monitor and checking prices, discounts, terms of delivery of incoming orders;
  • Responsible for customers relations, correspondence and meetings;
  • Ongoing monitoring of our sell out KPIs (sales, stock, stock turns, range of coverage, reductions,…) by means of analyses provided, and development of suggestions for improvement;
  • Spot trends and recognize changes in the market and on the customer side and react accordingly to the new situation in a timely manner;
  • Creation of sales analyses;
  • Acquisition of new customers in accordance with Managers;
  • Attending fairs and launch meetings as well as internal sales meetings;
  • Collecting information and share with relevant internal stakeholders on products & sales strategy. Marketing appearance on our competitors and relevant transactions and processes;
  • Other tasks associated with the function and tasks that may arise from staff shortage


Skills for Success:


  • University degree preferable
  • Min. 2-3 years of experience as Key Account Manager
  • Strong holistic view of business and have proven experience of working cross functionally
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail
  • Task orientated, consumer focused and results driven
  • communication skills
  • Strong communication skills, relationship, management skills & team player
  • Strategic and analytical mind-set, hands-on mentality
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, esp. Excel
  • Willingness to travel continuously (customers, HQ)
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English and German.
