Our breakthrough technology enables us to scale production rapidly, and we are preparing for market entry in Ukraine, where we aim to achieve something unprecedented—helping 100,000 new amputees walk again.

As a Founder Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring that our operations run smoothly and efficiently as we scale to meet the needs of our customers. You will take ownership of critical areas like production, logistics, process documentation, inventory and procurement. Whether you are working part-time or full-time, you’ll be integral to helping us achieve the seemingly impossible goal of restoring mobility to tens of thousands of amputees.

Key Responsibilities:

• Production & Manufacturing: Oversee production processes and ensure scalability, efficiency, and quality control.
• Logistics & Supply Chain: Manage supply chain logistics, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of prosthetics.
• Process Documentation: Develop and maintain clear documentation for all key operational processes.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with founders and R&D department to integrate operations, share learnings, and drive continuous improvement.Problem Solving: Address operational challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset, identifying ways to improve processes and reduce costs.

• No previous experience in prosthetics is required. What matters most is your drive, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Experience in production, logistics, or operations is a plus but not required.
• Resilience and the ability to thrive in an environment where challenges are the norm.
• Alignment with our core values of integrity, empathy, and perseverance.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Fluency in English and Ukrainian (work language); german is a plus.
