Key Responsibilities:

- Customer Relationship Management: Represent the company effectively, engaging and building relationships with clients through various virtual platforms and in-person meetings.
- Growth Opportunities Identification: Identify and respond to customer needs, generate leads, and establish relationships to expand the customer base. Report industry trends and feedback to internal stakeholders.
Essential Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in sales within the dietary supplement industry or in contract/private label manufacturing.
- Education: Degree in business, sciences, or food technology.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and planning abilities.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proficient in sales analysis tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to travel 30-40% of the time.
