Key Responsibilities:


  • Leads sales and budget forecasting, reporting, and performance monitoring for the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Drives sustainable growth and expands customer relationships in collaboration with internal teams.
  • Works closely with Customer Care to oversee order processing and maintain client satisfaction.
  • Defines and implements regional sales activities with Marketing and Product Management.
  • Conducts continuous market and competitor analysis to identify trends and sales opportunities.
  • Leverages new marketing strategies and technical developments to meet sales targets.
  • Regularly reports on sales performance and reviews the activities of sales partners in the region.
  • Organizes and leads annual sales meetings and kick-offs with all regional sales partners.
  • Trains medical professionals on the usage of products and associated techniques.
  • Assists in operations, workshops, and demonstrates new products at trade shows and congresses.
  • Supports regulatory, education, and training teams in driving country-specific sales initiatives.



Your Profile:


  • Holds a degree in Sales, Marketing, Medical Technology, or a related field, or possesses relevant professional experience in the medical field.
  • Proven experience in spine and neurosurgery sales.
  • Expertise in sales forecasting, budgeting, and reporting.
  • Ability to navigate and manage intercultural business relationships across the Asia-Pacific region.
  • Proficiency in English is essential; knowledge of Chinese, Japanese, Korean, or other Asian languages is a plus.
  • Competent in MS Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
