We closely collaborate with therapeutic areas and other functions to convert therapeutic hypotheses into innovative therapeutics.  Job mission  We are offering an outstanding opportunity for an experienced Senior Associate (m/f/d) to work with a highly engaged team of molecular biology, biochemistry, and display technologies specialists using state-of-the art technologies.
You will be responsible for in vitro discovery and characterization of antibody-based therapeutic molecules , as well as methods optimization and implementation.   Your impact *  Supporting pRED´s antibody-based therapeutics discovery using display technologies.  * Shaping and evolving our portfolio projects by discovering and characterizing next generation protein therapeutics. * Nurturing trustful relationships and effective collaboration with internal and external partners.  Your profile You thrive in and are dedicated to establishing a culture of mutual support, cross-training, continuous learning and self-organization to meet project and functional goals.

You know how to prioritize, how to create clarity and focus.  Your experience in drug discovery, in vitro display methods as well as state of the art biochemistry enables you to support our technology and portfolio projects.  You have a keen interest in working with IT systems and (semi)-automated platforms.  For this position you hold a Master's degree with relevant initial professional experience or an equivalent education with several years of professional experience. You are resourceful and flexible in problem solving and in working in a collaborative and inclusive manner with strong oral and written communication skills. This position is fix-termed to 2 years.
