SALES MANAGER DACH(M/W/D)

We are looking for a SalesManager DACH m/w/d. In this position, you will be responsible forhelping to guide innovation forward with your team, customers, andsuppliers enabling them to create, make and manage theirtechnology.

The role is sales focused and targetdriven. You will be responsible for securing new business and alsomaintaining an excellent level of customer service to currentcustomers in German, Swiss and Austrianmarkets.

What will you bedoing?
  • You will beresponsible for leading, managing, coaching, and working with apassionate, dynamic, and engaged team.
  • Workingcollaboratively with multiple businessunits.
  • Working and aligning with keysuppliers.
  • Taking ownership of the performancemetrics, ensuring that we meet and exceed revenue, gross profit,demand creation as well as market share growth, for key suppliersand customers.
  • Ensuring all initiatives aresuccessfully executed in the region. Focus customers, TopOpportunity along with associated marketing and businessdevelopment initiatives.
  • Preparing anddelivering Quarterly Business Reviews, Annual Business plans andsupplier development plans in conjunction with respective businesspartners.
  • Ensuring consistent delivery ofmanagement messages, actions, andprograms.
  • Providing a positive workingenvironment, through clear goal setting, motivational behaviorenforcement and strong rituals and recognition programs to supportteam growth.


Whatare we looking for?
  • 3-5years at least of managementexperience.
  • experience in the electronicsindustry.
  • Fluency in German andEnglish.
  • Ability to build internalrelationships with key stakeholders in other parts of the businessand communicate effectively at alllevels.
  • Action oriented, problem solving,customer focused, and results driven.
  • Proactiveapproach: able to work independently, and as part of ateam.
