Location: Leipzig (onsite/full-time/permanent)
Your responsibilities:

• You will develop new features to enhance the customer experience for our clients and lead your own projects using agile methodologies.
  
• In this process, you will explore and implement new tools in your daily project work.
  
• You will collaborate across departments, including IT and management.
  
• In addition to testing the company’s app and website, you will define and monitor various KPIs and conduct analyses.
  
  

Requirements

• You have successfully completed your studies with strong results.
  
• While professional experience is not required, it is advantageous, particularly in fields such as e-commerce, management consulting, or artificial intelligence (AI).
  
• You have a strong affinity for digital trends and developments.
  
• Your meticulous approach and attention to detail set you apart.
  
• Creativity, along with an understanding of design and user experience (UX/UI), is a plus.
  
• Fluency in both German and English completes your profile.
