Job Description
Our client is a digital bank providing a variety of financial products and services via its mobile app. It includes online account opening, budgeting tools, mobile payments, and more, all designed to make banking easier for its customers.

Location: Germany, Frankfurt am Main
Type of contract: Permanent, on-site/hybrid

Responsibilities:

• Taking over the technical management of the Banking App in close cooperation with the IT development team, external partners, and management.
  
• Identifying user needs and challenges to create user-friendly processes and appealing designs, focusing on optimal user experience.
  
• Developing holistic concepts that consider backend and app functionalities while writing user stories.
  
• Making data-driven decisions based on user data, customer feedback, and usability tests.
  
• Overseeing the entire end-to-end process for the app's further development.
  
• Ensuring a smooth go-live through thorough app testing.
  

Requirements

• A successfully completed university degree with a business and/or IT technology orientation (e.g., business administration, business informatics, or similar).
  
• Initial to in-depth experience in the development of digital products.
  
• Empathy and the ability to understand user perspectives, demonstrating a commitment to user-centered design (UX/UI).
  
• A creative approach to problem-solving and a passion for working in agile teams.
  
• Initial experience in creating mock-ups and prototypes (e.g., Figma or UXPin) is a plus.
  
• Fluent written and spoken German to complete your profile.
