After a recent investment, we’ve been engaged to support in the build of a world-class commercial team, and it's time to add a sales manager based in the Munich area to the line-up. It is a truly exciting time where this business is growing into commercialisation with a sensible plan currently being executed. With the financing, there has been a commercial leadership hire made into the business who is bringing structure, process and growth to the company.

Awesome tech, a digital, robotic visualization system which combines robotics and digital mixed reality to offer surgeons enhanced precision, ergonomics, and flexibility during procedures.

What will you do?


You’ll be playing a dual role —fortifying current key accounts in DACH through Account Management where there are a few installations already, looking to expand the business within those hospitals and health groups but also hunting down and winning new business. Deepen current partnerships, transforming accounts into champions, and build the innovators who’re itching for next-gen medical tech. You will need to build up a strong and solid pipeline of accounts across Germany.


Is this you?


As this role is a critical growth role but in a green field, you’ll need to be a real self-starter who knows their way around capital sales (100k plus deals) in the medical technology or healthcare setting. Knowing how surgeons and health systems buy will be paramount, but most of all we need you to be open, honest, a team player and resilient when the going gets tough. You don’t have to be a seasoned veteran although if you are that is great, but if you are early into your career and want to be part of something with impact which is rare these days then apply.


In return for bringing your skill set you will receive a basic salary of between 50-80k dependent on experience, a strong uncapped commission scheme, based on a number of factors, and a number of other benefits.
