The Impact You’ll Make inthis Role As the Direct Procurement - SAP SCC Specialist (m/f/*) ,you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity andcollaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse peoplearound the world. Here, you will make an impact by: - Being anexpert in Direct Procurement processes and technology, with a focuson SAP Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) and SAP MaterialsManagement (MM). - Contributing to and leading the deployment ofERP technology and other IT solutions across Source-to-Payprocesses, specifically in Direct Procurement. - Participating incross-functional projects that support and deploy key capabilitiesacross procurement processes towards a simpler, faster and morecompetitive source-to-pay organization - Providing support tostakeholders regarding Direct Procurement inquiries, e.g., purchaseorders, supplier collaboration, subcontractors, and materialsmanagement. - Collaborating with other technical resources toensure ERP and other Procurement technology solutions are operatingoptimally, monitoring potential issues and offering solutions withminimal downtime impact to operations. - Serve as program managerfor Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC) technology deployment withresponsibility to: - Manage alignment of the governance principlesagreed upon and execution of the project - Provide business andtechnical guidance and facilitate rapid completion of scoping andrequirements gathering - Provide timely resolution and escalationof any Cloud Service issues and coordinate sign-off on all projectoutput - Manage communication plan development and cloudService-wide communications to key stakeholders - Confirm resourcetraining needs are addressed, and any issues or gaps are escalatedto Cloud Service lead - Support and coordinate the internal changemanagement program - Supporting the TSA exit to future stateHealthcare platforms that provide the next level of service andcapability for healthcare customers, vendors, and employees. -Working in and across multiple teams in a high-pressure andhigh-visibility environment to ensure successful procurementprocess operations for the Healthcare organization. Your Skills andExpertise To set you up for success in this role from day one,Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: -Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start)from an accredited university OR - High School Diploma/GED(completed and verified prior to start) and a profound experiencein procurement processes and IT solutions - Profound experience inprocurement processes (direct sourcing, supplier management,materials management) and its supporting IT Solutions Additionalqualifications that could help you succeed even further in thisrole include: - Ability to work through ambiguity in a highlyvisible and high-pressure environment. - Excel in effectivelycommunicating across multiple levels of the organization. - ERPdeployment and ERP process knowledge in the procurement space. -Proficiency in implementing Direct Procurement software solutionssuch as SAP MM and Ariba SCC. - Experience in configuring andcustomizing Direct Procurement systems to meet the organization'sspecific requirements. - Knowledge of integration methods andtechnologies to connect Direct Procurement systems with ERPsystems, supplier networks, and other third-party applications. -Knowledge of global best practices and regulatory requirementsrelated to Direct Procurement processes. - Understanding of datamigration strategies and techniques for transferring data fromlegacy systems to the new Direct Procurement platforms. -Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools to extract insightsfrom Direct Procurement data and track key performance indicators(KPIs) for improved decision making. - Understanding of procurementand materials management processes, including purchaserequisitioning, purchase orders, supplier collaboration, andinventory management. - Awareness of emerging trends andtechnologies in the Direct Procurement space - Certification in SAPSupply Chain Collaboration solution Work location: - This roleoffers flexibility with the option to be based anywhere in Europe.- Work Your Way Eligible (Employee choice to work remote, on-site,or hybrid) Travel: - May include up to 20% domestic/internationaltravel Must be legally authorised to work in country of employmentwithout sponsorship for employment visa status.
