WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

As our HR Manager, you’ll drive the implementation of both local and global HR strategies that are aligned with company goals. You’ll coach and advise leaders, manage employee relations, and oversee the full range of HR functions, from recruitment to payroll processing. Your role will ensure that our HR processes and policies are compliant, efficient, and effective in supporting AVI-SPL’s growing team in Germany and across the EU.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Implement local and global HR strategies, ensuring alignment with company and regional goals, strategies, and values.
• Advise and coach executives and managers on HR matters, helping build high-performing teams.
• Develop and review HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local laws and company standards.
• Lead all employee relations issues, ensuring the company’s interests are safeguarded while enabling business success.
• Support integration of outsourced services and lead visa-related and country-specific compliance processes.
• Create and foster a values-driven culture, embedding AVI-SPL values and programs that promote positive behaviour.
• Oversee payroll processing, performance management, and HR metrics tracking.
• Collaborate with external providers and public authorities on HR-related matters (payroll, benefits, compliance).
• Lead the HR and recruitment team, ensuring delivery of outstanding service and implementation of HR strategies.
• Track and analyse HR metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
• Ensure successful implementation of HR processes, including onboarding, performance reviews, and development discussions.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

• Proven experience in an HR Manager role or higher, with the ability to manage complex employee relations issues.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build credibility and maintain relationships with senior colleagues.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to present to groups and influence stakeholders.
• Personal integrity, motivation, and the ability to inspire others.
• Strong leadership abilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
• Fluency in both German and English, written and spoken.
