• You are responsible to screen our user base and payment requests, detect fraud and take actions accordingly
• You understand the importance of fraud prevention and the impact on our business
• You work closely with customer support to help resolving tickets
• You detect and flag recurring fraud patterns and work together with the product and tech team to implement new detection measures
• You generally understand how our industry works, develop a feeling for possible loopholes and know how to minimize them
• You are able to quickly adapt to the dynamics of the market and to new technologies
• You can support us between 20-40 hours per week

• Analytical and critical thinking skills paired with affinity for numbers and data
• 1-2 years of general work experience, experience in fraud management is a plus, but not a must
• Ability to learn quickly and adopt new concepts, confidence in handling Excel
• A proactive, thorough and independent way of working
• You are enthusiastic about mobile games and online topics
• High level of interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills
• You are fluent in German, English is a plus
