Aufgaben - Management,structure and further development of the Internal Rental Helpdeskteam - Establishing a standardized and efficient work process inthe European internal sales department - Optimization of sales andERP processes - Ensuring smooth communication between internalsales, the strategic sales area and other departments -Collaboration on strategic projects Active further development ofinternal sales processes Profil - Successfully completed studies inthe field of business administration, business informatics,computer science (m/f/x) or a comparable qualification - Firstprofessional experience in sales, IT, sales management or in acomparable position - Experience in leading and motivating teams,ideally in an IT or sales environment - Sound experience with ERPsystems (e.g. SAP, Microsoft Dynamics), especially in theadaptation and optimization of sales processes - Technicalunderstanding of ERP integration in operational processes and theability to identify and implement improvements in the system -Business fluent in German and English - Willingness to travelnationally and internationally (approx. 10% of working time) Wirbieten - Once ELA, always ELA.
