The Account Manager reports to the Medical SalesManager DACH and is responsible for selling Leica Medical Solutionsto public and private hospitals in Southern Germany. YOURRESPONSIBILITIES - Develop and execute local business strategyaccording with EMEA guidelines and deliver sustainable growth andsignificant share win based on a deep understanding of local marketdynamics, future trends and competitive landscape - Research andidentify opportunities in line with strategic directives togenerate sales, increase the installed base penetration, upsellexisting contracts and expand the portfolio of solutions sold -Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on anongoing base and provide transparent feedback to upper managementand Business Units - Generate and develop sales and solutionsawareness through customer visits & solutions information,customer consultancies & workshops.
