We are currently seeking a Junior Production Manager for a civil engineering project in Stade, Germany.Estimated Duration: 24 months, with the possibility of extension depending on the project’s progress. Typically, after completing a project, efforts are made to transition employees to new projects for continuity.Key Mission:Support the Senior Production Manager in overseeing the construction site and ensuring that the project is executed according to the outlined plans and objectives.Responsibilities:Assist in the daily operations on-site and report to the senior production manager.Review the project contracts and associated documentation, create sketches or detailed plans to complement the project documentation, and ensure its proper execution.Measure various project units, either on plans or in completed project stages, to provide a comprehensive assessment.Calculate and apply unit prices for project elements to certify the project’s value and manage administrative control of daily reports and required permits.Conduct inspections and tests on the project to ensure compliance with relevant standards.Address and resolve non-conformities related to materials, equipment, or environmental incidents that do not meet the project’s requirements.Perform additional tasks as necessary, as dictated by the job role, to support the project's overall objectives.Requirements:Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.Minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in civil works or concrete structure projects.Proficiency in English is required (B2 level)Experience in civil engineering projects and concrete structures is essential.Work Schedule: 40 hours per week, from 8 AM to 5 PM.Benefits:Travel expenses covered at the start and end of the project.Two weeks of hotel accommodation upon arrival at the project location.Company-provided vehicle, fuel, computer, and phone.International health insurance.Note: The description and conditions outlined aim to represent the general nature of the job and do not constitute a comprehensive list of responsibilities.
