We're looking for a growth-driven, customer-focused (Senior) Marketing Manager (m/f/d) for the DACH region to drive brand awareness, growth, and retention. This role requires a passion for results, strong collaboration skills, creativity, and openness to test and learn. The successful candidate (m/f/d) has experience in partnering with the direct sales team and partnership teams, an extensive B2B marketing background, and a deep understanding of the region with an international perspective.We need someone who can build relationships cross-functionally, understands the business quickly, and is an independent thinker and problem solver.Your missionCreating and executing a regionally impactful marketing strategy and plan that builds brand awareness while also generating and accelerating pipeline for the DACH regionIdentifying and developing a deep understanding of our DACH buyer personasDeveloping and executing a broad range of integrated marketing programs including brand, vertical, and account-based marketing campaigns to support regional sales objectives. This will include adaptions of global campaigns & the creation of campaigns specifically for DACHPartnering with the corporate communication team to deliver integrated plans in the region in line with the local strategy.
