About the role

At the heart of our mission are the people we serve, and we're on a journey to build and optimize our HR Service department, putting people at the forefront of our focus.

We are seeking a Senior Associate HR Service who embodies the core essence of our company: a commitment to people. Your role will extend far beyond paperwork, for colleagues, you are an accessible and reliable person they can turn to with all HR related issues. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless execution of HR processes. You will be responsible for creating contracts, preparing onboarding and offboarding processes, registering employee data in Workday, and supporting various HR functions. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient and effective management of our human resources operations.

About your tasks

• Ensure accurate and effective employee administration throughout the entire employee lifecycle
• Provide guidance and advice on HR matters related to law, regulations and policies
• Register and maintain accurate employee data in Workday, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
• Employee Support: Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters, fostering a positive work environment.
• Stay updated on HR trends and legal requirements to ensure RedCare Pharmacy remains a compliant and competitive employer
• Drive and support alignment of all processes, policies and procedures with the team and the business, proactively identify and respond to business threats and opportunities.

About you

Taking initiative comes naturally and you love working independently. Our ideal candidate possesses a profound people-centric approach and a friendly demeanor while also having the ability to anticipate and maintain a clear overview of tasks. You easily find solutions to seemingly impossible situations, and know how to create (temporary) workarounds to optimize business processes whilst looking for sustainable solutions.

Please be aware that due to legal requirements, we can only consider applications from candidates who are citizens of the European Union (EU) member countries. If you are not an EU citizen, you must possess a valid work permit for The Netherlands.

• A Bachelor’s degree in the field of HR is preferred
• Several years of relevant experience within an international environment
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint) and HRIS
• Strong language skills in both English and German; knowledge of Dutch is a plus
• Knowledge of employment legislation and HR administration processes
• Available for 24 hours per week (in our Head Office in Sevenum, no remote possibilities)
