Based in Berlin and produced in Korea, we’re a result-driven, innovative, and conscious brand launched in spring 2023.

In our growing start-up, you’ll have a 360 overview of what it takes to build and scale a brand, you’ll take full ownership of your projects from day one, and will work in an environment where you can bring your ideas and initiatives into action. We’re always looking for highly motivated and talented individuals who want to contribute to the further development and growth of NAMZA!

• Contribute to the development of innovative ideas for creative campaigns, content creation, and social media assets.
• Create marketing assets for all our online marketing activities (e.g. Instagram ads), collaborating with marketing managers to plan and execute digital assets.
• Execute performance-focused design, developing digital assets that catch attention in different channels.
• Explore projects across various design disciplines, including motion graphics, 3D design, packaging, and more.

• You have studied Graphic Design, Motion Design, Communication Design, or any related field.
• Familiarity with major design software (e.g. Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign).
• Experience using Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Figma is a plus.
• Fluency in English. Proficiency in an additional language (German, Italian, French, or Spanish) is an advantage.
• Creative thinking, results-driven approach, and strong communication skills.
• Proactive and team-oriented with a positive "can-do" attitude.
• Availability for at least 6 months with a flexible start date.
