Tasks Primary Workflow -Spares management inbound and outbound the warehouse - Handlequarterly stock take in Local Warehouse & Service PartnerWarehouses - Onsite minor break-fix hardware maintenance (Hot swaphard disk replacement, cable reseat, etc) - Conduct onsite physical& logical audits for proactive sparing - Perform quarterlyonsite preventive maintenance per assigned customer - Handle spareparts deliveries to FE, SeP & client - Issuance of IMR’s, POR’s- Assist VCA’s & BDA’s for investigating missing parts fromstock counting - Sourcing Local Service Partners, Logistic Partner/ Supplier Required Deliverables - Ensure above 95% accuracybetween NetSuite inventory database and actual TRT & SePwarehouse spares - Ensure all supported incidents or tickets areresolved within SLAs - Ensure all customer communication is prompt,professional and reliable - Ensure all commitments made tocustomers are met or re-scheduled with the customer’s knowledge andapproval - Continuously learn additional technical andnon-technical skills - Escalate calls through the correct channelspromptly - 24 x 7 Support Structure - Comply fully with companypolicy to always protect the interests of TRT - Ensure local SeP isavailable for onsite requirements - Working with VCA team for localparts sourcing Accountabilities - Local ticket management/statusmonitoring and make sure they are resolved within SLAs - Warehouseinventory movement monitoring - Ensure warehouse parts labelling& binning is compliant with TRT global standard - Ensureprocedures are properly followed when onsite - Ensure on timesupport for spare parts Disaster Recovery - Coordination withinFE/SeP team for urgent part requirement onsite - Handlecoordination & keep good working relationships with logisticsand service partners/local vendors for urgent logistics sparing -Coordination with VCA, BDA & GSD division for parts needed fora call and for inventory movement - Appropriate escalation to Shiftleader or Field Services Team Leader when necessary ProfileRequirements - Candidates must possess a college degree. Trainingand Certification would be an advantage · Certification on VariousNetworking platforms · Strong understanding of Networkingfundamentals · Cisco and Juniper Certification preferred. · Solaris– Oracle Certified Professional · VMWare – VMWare CertifiedProfessional · TSM - IBM Certified Deployment Professional -Preferably have 7 years of experience in IT spare parts control& warehouse maintenance - Willing to be assigned to TRT officelocation, and to travel to TRT offices globally on as needed basisWe offer
