You are a Social Media native and passionate about anything and everything that’s trending on TikTok?  You love getting creative and creating engaging content pieces?  
Then look no further – as you sound just like the Social Media Manager & Content Creator that we’re looking for!

• are responsible for our social media communication strategy. You will spearhead it’s development and make sure it aligns with our overall brand goals
• You’ll own our organic social media channels - Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube - and focus on building a vibrant community
• You monitor and actively engage our community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions to foster positive interactions and build relationships with followers, customers, and industry influencers
• You’re up for the challenge of launching and managing active TikTok and Pinterest channels too
• You'll handle the monthly/quarterly content planning and execution across all social platforms
• Whether it's quickly creating content with your smartphone or coordinating with our designer, you’ll ensure we always produce high-quality, engaging posts 
• You act as the face of the brand and are comfortable being on camera to represent our brand and messages
• If needed for your content planning, you are capable of leading larger content productions with freelancers, from brainstorming ideas to finalizing assets
• You’re always staying on top of social media trends and keep an eye on what’s new on the platforms 
• Every month, you’ll analyze and report on our social media performance, using the insights to steer future strategies and content pieces 
• You’ve got experience in promoting organic content and know how to get it in front of the right people

• You have over 3 years of professional experience in social media
• You’re a social media native, know which content types and formats drive organic KPIs on each platform, and are motivated by growing communities on new channels, always staying on top of viral trends and algorithm updates
• You have a proven track record of independently managing organic channels, creating content, and building a community on i.e. IG, LI, YT, Blogs, Newsletter, etc.
• You are creative, love developing content ideas, and have strong communication and copywriting skills to bring the desired message across
• You are experienced in creating content on the go and are savvy about it (minimum input for maximum output). You can create content by yourself (i.e. creatives, reels, stories) or w.h.o videographers and motion designers. However, being able to use Photoshop and simple editing of moving content (Aftereffects) is a must!
• You're confident in front of the camera
• You have extensive knowledge of using analytics & social media management tools (e.g. Meta Ads Manager / Business Suite) and are accustomed to working in a structured, problem-solving, and performance-driven manner
• Team spirit, strong communication skills, initiative, and optimism
• Fluency in English and German is a must
