About the Role:As a Junior Property Acquisition Manager at KUMMUNI, you will take a leading role in expanding our property portfolio by identifying, evaluating, and securing new residential properties that align with our long-term business strategy. This is a senior-level position, requiring extensive experience in real estate, property acquisition, and negotiations. You will leverage your expertise to manage the entire acquisition process—from identifying potential opportunities to closing deals—while ensuring that all acquisitions are aligned with KUMMUNI’s vision of providing quality CoLiving spaces.You will be a key figure in establishing relationships with property owners, landlords, and real estate developers. Your leadership will help shape our growth in new markets, ensuring the highest standards for tenant satisfaction and property management.Key Responsibilities:Lead the full cycle of property acquisition, including identifying, evaluating, and securing new properties that fit KUMMUNI’s growth and investment strategy.Develop and maintain strategic relationships with property owners, landlords, brokers, real estate developers, and other key stakeholders.Negotiate acquisition deals, lease agreements, and partnerships to ensure terms are advantageous for KUMMUNI.Conduct detailed market analysis to identify emerging trends, potential investment opportunities, and competitive pricing strategies.Oversee the due diligence process, ensuring that all legal, financial, and operational aspects are thoroughly evaluated before acquisition.Collaborate closely with internal teams, including finance, legal, and operations, to ensure smooth integration of acquired properties.Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and acquisition staff.Report regularly on acquisition targets, pipeline status, and strategic growth insights to senior management.Qualifications:3+ years of experience in property acquisition, real estate, or a related field, with a proven track record of successful acquisitions.Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to manage high-stakes negotiations with multiple stakeholders.Deep understanding of real estate markets, property valuation, and legal frameworks.Experience in managing complex property acquisition projects, including conducting due diligence and risk assessments.Excellent leadership and organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects and lead cross-functional teams.Proficient in English and German.A degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Key Requirements:Strong decision-making skills with a strategic, growth-oriented mindset.Ability to work independently, make sound judgments, and deliver results under pressure.A team player with a strong focus on collaboration and open communication.Willingness to travel as required for property evaluations and negotiations.
