The Impact You’ll Make inthis Role As a(n) Product Engineer (m/f/*) you will have theopportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some ofthe most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, youwill make an impact by: - Managing projects for commercializedMedical Surgical Business products made at our Kamen plant. -Acting as the primary product liaison between the MSD laboratory,manufacturing plants, suppliers and other concerned functions forthe products under responsibility. - Assuring the commercializedproduct design intent and product integrity as materials,processes, methods, and regulations evolve. - Supporting productprograms that positively impact service, quality and product cost.Lead or support transfer of new product designs to manufacturing. -Driving continuous/quality improvement and PPU projects. YourSkills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role fromday one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the followingqualifications: - University degree in a relevantscientific/engineering discipline (Chemistry, Materials Science,Biotechnology, Chemical/Medical/Mechanical Engineering etc.) -Experience in the processing and characterization of materials likefilms, nonwovens, adhesives.
