Advice on labor and employment issues, includingmanaging outside counsel and making recommendations to managementregarding strategy and handling of matters. Profil - Your base:Unquestionable integrity and values, European Master of Lawsdegree. German qualified lawyer. Relevant post-qualificationexperience in legal matters, ideally gained in a lawfirm orin-house counsel role; including relevant international legalexperience. - Your language skills: Fluent in German & Englishand desirable Dutch; additional languages are a plus. - Your hardskills: Proven experience in business law; strong businesscuriosity. - ICT, IP, data protection, technology experience aplus. - Business-oriented approach to problem solving, tempered byan appreciation for legal complexity and risk. - Your soft skills:Collaborative and proactive nature, team player.Excellentcommunications and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal skillswith the ability to stand firm on issues with business clients whennecessary.Superior legal and analytical skills – excellent judgmentand initiative in selecting the most effectivesolutions.Detail-oriented and resourceful with excellentfollow-through skills.
