We seek a motivated Junior Campus Partnership Manager to join our dynamic team at AMBOSS. In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with universities, student organizations, and key stakeholders to promote the AMBOSS platform. You will play a key role in prospecting potential clients, driving user engagement, organizing events, and delivering presentations to medical students and faculty. The ideal candidate is passionate about education, has completed a medical degree, enjoys building networks, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will require >30% travel time. You will:
  • Research potential customers by understating the existing client base, you will be responsible for researching the new potential medical universities.
  • You will be responsible for the first round of outreach to the customer and then focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with medical schools, student organizations, and academic societies to drive awareness and adoption of AMBOSS.
  • Organizing meetings with university leadership and the AMBOSS sales team.
  • Plan, promote and execute events, workshops, and webinars to introduce AMBOSS to students and faculty, focusing on showcasing the platform’s value for medical education and clinical decision-making.
  • Act as the main point of contact for medical institutions, helping to facilitate partnerships, track progress, and optimize engagement strategies.
  • Provide ongoing support to students and educators using AMBOSS, ensuring they have access to all the tools and resources needed for success.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from campus partners and users to inform strategies that will improve user engagement and product relevance.
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to align outreach efforts with AMBOSS’s broader goals and initiatives.
You bring:
  • MD or finishing a medical degree, with a deep understanding of the medical education landscape, especially in Europe.
  • A strong familiarity with digital medical education platforms.
  • Genuine interest in improving medical education and helping students succeed academically and professionally.
  • Ability to deliver compelling presentations and engage with diverse groups, from students to academic leaders.
  • Experience coordinating events, managing schedules, and multitasking across different projects.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and departments.
  • Willingness to travel (>30%) to campuses, attend events, and adapt to the changing needs of students and academic partners.
  • A proactive, self-driven attitude with the ability to take initiative and make an impact in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business fluency in English and other European languages is a plus

What would be a plus;

  • You have already gained some experience in project management and sales negotiations.
  • You were involved in budget planning at your university.
  • You have basic knowledge of budget planning and data analysis.
