This is a newly created position. Hereyour key objective will be to further develop productivity withoutjeopardizing safety and quality. You will have 5 team leads workingwith you and your production will be operating with 3 shifts. Youwill report directly to our Factory Manager BTO, Ralf Kelling. Inthis position, you will be a vital part of our organization inOstfriesland and an integrated part of our Global Operations.Aufgaben Your main responsibilities will include: - Ensuring thatdefined processes are followed in the entire production. Bothproduction processes as well as all other like safety, quality,administration etc. - Manage, lead and develop direct reports toperform individually and as a team. - Promote a positivecollaboration with all other departments in Baettr, ensuring crossfunctional working in Baettr Ostfriesland. - Ensure that plans madeby the production planning department are fulfilled to ensurecustomer deliveries - Harmonize capacities of main productionareas, so that an optimal flow of material throughout production isensured - Ensuring competences are developed according to needsthereby creating flexibility in the main production areas (molding,melting, post cast treatment) Profil - Engineering background(Bachelor degree or equivalent) - Minimum 10 years' practicalexperience within production and management - Preferably 5 years'experience producing large iron castings items. - Balancedleadership skills - Theoretical skillset and experience eg buildingup a strong 5S program - Focused on time schedules, resources andagreed timelines. - Fluent in German and a good working knowledgeof English.
