Your Responsibilities

As a fast growing Vision/AI company for the food industry with entities in Germany, India and our headquartes in the US, we are developing highly innovative software products helping our customers to contribute to sustainability. Reducing CO2 emission by reducing food-waste as well as a more effective personnel planning help our customers to use their ressources more effectively. 

We are currently looking for a Junior Machine Learning Engineer to join our Machine Learning team in Munich. We offer a hybrid working model with low hierarchies, and "hands-on" mentality with an open-minded feedback culture defines our best practice.

Join us and:

• Develop software for training and evaluating computer vision models

• Implement APIs to integrate deep learning models into production systems

• Train and update our production models to improve accuracy

• Optimize performance and improve scalability of software modules

• Improve automation of tests and deployment

Your profile

• A degree in computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics or similar.

• Proficient in Python programming 

• Familiar with computer vision algorithms for object detection, classification or segmentation.

• Experienced with training deep learning models in frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.

• Motivated to learn new methods and skills 

• Able and willing to work independently to reach predefined results.
