For our growing Motion division in Büdingen(nearby Frankfurt am Main) at the earliest possible date we arelooking for a: Customer Satisfaction Specialist (m/f/x) PlantBüdingen Join our team in Büdingen - catchment area Frankfurt,Hanau, Gelnhausen, Gießen, Aschaffenburg. The Customer SatisfactionSpecialist is the direct link between customer and our companyinside each Exide plant. He/she represents the voice of thecustomer inside Exide, and is responsible for assuring customersatisfaction, support solving problem activities and ensure timelyanswers in order to solve claims and customer problems. Assurecompliance with customer requirements according to Exide's policiesand follow-up customer audits. What will your dailyresponsibilities include in this role? Implement all preventive andcorrective actions and activities needed to meet all customerrequirements. Leading crossfunctional teams focused on customerexpectations, needs and requirements. Prepare, participate andfollow up Customer Audits. Responsible to review and analyze auditresults and customer requests / claims and share it across theplant. Participate and conduct internal audits (system, process andproduct). Participate and monitor in new projects and product andprocess homologations and re-qualifications. Perform awareness andtraining actions according to Customer requirements. Monitoring andupdating KPI's related to the customer (PPM, warranties,non-conformities, claims status etc.). Participate in workinggroups of problem solving, lessons learned, sharing and continuousimprovement methodology (8D; FMEA; 6 sigma etc.). Takingresponsibility that all special characteristics are correctlyreported in DFMEA and PFMEA, control plan and related documentsFollow internal escalation process when needed. What we ask for:Knowledge and interpretation of international quality standards –mainly ISO 9001 and ISO TS 16949 Understanding and application ofquality tools (SPC, 8D and FMEA) Understanding customerrequirements and focus on their satisfaction.
