Key responsibilities/What you do The Data Scientistwill be part of Global Markets Sales support direction and act asglobal steering analyst with the responsibility to codesign,implement and maintain new automatic tools, data analyse and datascience modelling by B-Partners and all sales dashboards. Thisperson must have strong experience using a variety of data miningand analysis methods and tools, building and implementing models.The role will collaborate closely with other global functions andinternational BUs within Allianz Partners, like global Underwriter,Operation and Finance departments. - Develop and maintain anautomatic advance tool by BPartner on the main Finance/Markets KPIs- Analyse and present data ensuring the completeness, accuracy, andappropriateness of insurance data used in order to optimizecustomer experience, revenue and profitability as well as otherother business outcomes. - Contribute to innovation and efficiencyacross the Markets developing advanced and automatic support forall the PPT presentations and excel reports in place. - Drive thecollection of new data and the refinement of existing data sources- Mines and analyzes partner data improving customer segmentationmethodologies. - Works collaboratively with global underwriters,finance, operation and network teams etc. - Contribute to drivesales performance around the globe. Key requirements/What you bring- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Analytics - Knowledge of avariety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision treelearning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real worldadvantages/drawbacks. - Experience using statistical computerlanguages and packages to manipulate data and draw insights fromlarge data sets. - Proficiency with one or more businessintelligence tools - Expert-level proficiency with Microsoft Officesuite - very strong expertise in Power BI - GLM or data sciencemodelling experiences - Proven experience in Large data managementand analyse - Fluent in English - Insurance and assistancetechnical knwoledge would be a plus - Sales steering experiences -Strong communication skills to non-technical audience - Highlycollaborative, able to lead both with and without authority in amatrix structure in a global environment. - Preferrably end ofstudy internship - Duration : minimum 6months Benefits/What weoffer Our employees play an integral part in our success as abusiness.
