Our services complement Arendt’s legal expertise and regulatory & consulting services. We are a Professional of the Financial Sector (PFS) supervised by the CSSF and ISO 22301 certified.


The experts at AIS and AManco provide clients with: Corporate Services, Fund Administration Services, Governance Services, Operational AML & Compliance Services, Tax Compliance Services, Depositary Services, as well as Third Party AIFM Services (provided by AManco S.A.).

Given the ongoing development of AIS, we are currently recruiting:


Junior Officer – Corporate Governance


Your role:


  • Managing a portfolio of clients with all aspects of company law and fund regulation; 
  • Organizing board meetings, including minutes taking and follow-up on action points;
  • Coordinating shareholders’ meetings and drafting resolutions;
  • Reviewing fund documentation with critical analysis;
  • Working autonomously and with tight deadlines;
  • Maintaining corporate files of own client base;
  • Liaising with the CSSF, notaries, lawyers and banks;
  • Providing timely and quality delivery of services to clients.


Your profile:


  • You are graduated in business administration, economics, law or finance;
  • You have a first experience in corporate governance or in a legal position with exposure to the fund industry;
  • You have a good understanding of Luxembourg fund industry (actors, laws and regulations);
  • You are fluent in English. Any other language would be considered as an asset;
  • You are diligent and well-organized;
  • You have good communication skills, can act proactively and are team-oriented.
