Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Role :

• Manage a diverse portfolio of real estate transactions, including acquisitions and lease agreements.
• Communicate effectively with clients, ensuring clear documentation of all transactions.

• Conduct legal research and draft detailed memos to guide strategic decisions.
• Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, safeguarding clients' interests.

Junior Real Estate Lawyer - Your Profile:

• Master's degree in Law or a related field, with a focus on property law.
• 1-2 years of experience in real estate law, preferably within Luxembourg.
• Pursuing or have obtained the CCDL and listed on List II.
• Fluency in English and French; German is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
