Who do we look for to join our team? We are looking for individuals with independent, proactive, and structured work approach, who thrive in an international, young, and dynamic team.

Each day is different, but:

• You assist in budget preparation, forecasting and financial planning to support strategic goals.
• You manage invoicing process, expense management and financial reporting.
• You contribute to fundraising activities by providing financial projections, models, and data-driven insights.
• You identify and implement automation opportunities within finance processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
• You support our founders and product teams with financial insights to enable profound decision making (e.g. how to price new products, strategies to improve profitability, risk management etc.)

You are special because:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• You have relevant work experience or you are a recent graduate with relevant internships (e.g., finance, banking, consulting)
  
• You have Numerical and Analytical Skills: Passion for numbers, data analysis and financial modeling
• You have Excel/Google Sheets Proficiency: Advanced skills in spreadsheets; experience with basic modeling (VLOOKUP, SUMIF(S), INDEX, MATCH etc. )
• You have Communication Skills: Ability to convey financial information to both finance and non-finance stakeholders
• You are a Self-Starter: Proactive approach, with the ability to take ownership and work independently within a cross-functional team
• You have automation Experience (Bonus): Experience with low-code or no-code platforms and macro development is a plus, as automation will be a key part of the role.
• Language: Fluent in German and English (speaking & writing)
