Junior Business Analyst (all identities)
Caspar Health was founded in 2016 and is setting new standards for the rehabilitation market. We enable people to regain and maintain their mobility and independence after an illness or accident. With new technologies and our close partnerships with rehabilitation clinics, our patients get access to the most effective digital rehabilitation with concurrent personal care - independent of time and location.
We are looking for a (Junior) Business Analyst (all genders) passionate about improving patient care with smooth processes and data. You will work closely with our internal stakeholders within the Analytics & AI Division at Caspar. This will contribute to one of the most transformative shifts emerging in healthcare.
Your ChallengesYou will conduct interviews and workshops to collect detailed requirements from internal stakeholders.
You will ensure all processes and requirements are thoroughly documented and clear.
You will assist in designing internal processes and developing tracking concepts to enhance efficiency.
You will analyze data and prepare comprehensive reports to support decision-making.
You will create and maintain project documentation and reports, ensuring all project activities are tracked and reported effectively.
You hold a university degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Information technology, or a comparable qualification.
You come with a strong IT understanding of applications, systems, and databases.
You obtained previous experience in implementing IT projects.
You are known for being fully committed and come with strong teamwork skills.
You have proficiency in written and spoken English, with the ability to communicate confidently.
You are able to work independently and have a proactive approach to problem-solving.
You are able to understand complex issues and present them clearly.
You consider technical analyses and new requirements in terms of feasibility and costs.
You have a strong understanding of digital topics, processes, and ability to solve complex problems effectively.
You ideally have experience in an innovative or technical professional environment (start-ups, software development, management consultancy).
You are enthusiastic about technical product development and process optimization.
You already have experience in agile project management in the IT environment, ideally as a Business Analyst or Requirements Engineer.
