You support our team asGlobal Process Lead - SAP CO (f/m/d) Aufgaben - Process Development& Implementation: Develop, implement, and continuously improvestandardized processes in SAP CO, particularly focusing on monthlyfinancial closing, reporting, and operational planning. - SAPStructure Standardization: Work closely with the SAP IT Team tostandardize structures, including Profit Center AccountHierarchies, Profit Centers, and Cost Centers in SAP CO. - GlobalKey User Support: Act as a consultant and trainer, enhancing theknowledge of global users in SAP CO and supporting key usersworldwide. - Dashboard Reporting: Design and create dashboardreport stories in SAP Analytics Cloud, supporting management withinsightful financial reporting. - Process Automation: Continuouslyincrease the level of automation in reporting and planningprocesses. - System Migration Support: Play an active role in thecompany's transformation from SAP ECC to S/4HANA, ensuring thatcontrolling and reporting processes are standardized and harmonizedeffectively. Profil - Academic Background: Degree in Finance &Accounting, IT, Business Administration, or a related field. -Experience: Several years of experience in Controlling, Reporting,or IT, with a solid understanding of SAP CO. - SAP Expertise:Proven experience in SAP CO, either through consulting orsupporting SAP CO modules. - Process Knowledge: Hands-on experiencewith monthly financial closing processes in SAP CO. - Tech-Savvy:Experience with SAP Analytics Cloud or willingness to learn how tocreate dashboard report stories. - Soft Skills: Strongcommunication skills, a collaborative team player with aself-reliant working style, and a proactive "can-do" attitude. -Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required.
