Position Overview:

We're looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team and drive the development of our cutting-edge dashboard. You'll be key to shaping the future of our platform by enhancing automation, subscription growth, and revenue optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development of responsive, user-friendly web applications using React (React Query, React Router) and TypeScript.
Architect and implement reusable, maintainable, and scalable frontend components and libraries.
Own the full frontend lifecycle, from concept to deployment, ensuring continuous delivery and quick iteration.
Optimize frontend performance for fast load times and smooth user experiences.
Conduct code reviews, maintain code quality, and mentor junior developers.
Champion best practices in frontend development, focusing on reusability, clean code, and test-driven development.
Collaborate with backend developers to integrate frontend components with APIs.
Stay updated on the latest trends and improvements in frontend development and apply them to enhance the product.
Troubleshoot and resolve frontend issues in production environments.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on ReactJS and TypeScript.
Expertise in ReactJs, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and frontend tooling like Webpack and Babel.
Proficient in creating complex user interfaces using React hooks, context API, and state management libraries like Redux.
Strong experience with TypeScript for building type-safe and maintainable frontend code.
Familiarity with cloud-native technologies and libraries.
Deep understanding of responsive design and mobile-first development.
Experience working with REST and backend integrations.
Knowledge of frontend performance optimization techniques.
Experience with Git and CI/CD pipelines.
Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide development teams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication skills and ability to work well in cross-functional teams.
