Founders Associate Join Our Exciting Startup and Help Us Change the Customer Insights Landscape

We already count some of the largest German B2C companies especially in the financial services and retail sectors among our clients.
Were looking for a Founders Associate to work closely with our founding team driving both strategic and operational projects across the company. This is a broad role with high responsibility ideal for someone with consulting experience whether through internships or work experience and with a high level of ambition.
TasksWhat Youll Be Doing:
- Strategic Planning: Work directly with the founders on strategic projects including the development of growth strategies and market entry analysis as well as the financial planning.
- Marketing & Sales: Work on the creation and implementation of marketing and sales strategies working across departments to ensure consistency and execution.
- Product Management: Collaborate with the product team on ongoing projects offering insights and managing tasks to push product initiatives forward.
- Accounting & HR: Assist in accounting and HRrelated tasks.
Your goals in the first 3 months:
- Refine the financial planning for the next 3 years laying the ground for the upcoming seed round.
- Contribute to the development and execution of a GTM strategy for a feature launch or promotion incorporating contentdriven campaigns for maximum impact.
- Successfully produce and publish at least 3 pieces of highquality content including case studies webinars or lead magnets aligned with our GTM strategies.
- Create at least 3 highquality video tutorials and 3 articles covering key features of our product.
- Conduct 2 successful group product demonstrations for small accounts resulting in positive feedback and increased user engagement.
- Host 2 office hours sessions addressing user queries and improving overall user satisfaction.
Musthaves:
- Experience in strategy consulting or highperformance environments (multiple internships working student roles or similar).
- Highly entrepreneurial with a get things done mindsetpragmatic and resultsdriven.
- High level of ambition and ability to work in a fastpaced startup environment.
- Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Fluent in both German and English written and spoken.
- Interest in SaaS and AIdriven business models.
