We are seeking a Junior Learning Consultant to support the development and delivery of learning programs. In this role you will assist with creating educational materials improving learner communication and managing key administrative tasks. As a Junior Learning Consultant you will be responsible for the following:

• Material & Concept Creation. Assist in the creation and review of learning materials and concepts in our B&P Learning Hub Miro and Google Slides. Ensure that presentations slides and other learning resources are visually appealing and effectively communicate key concepts.
• Communication & Support. Ensure clear and timely communication with learners. Answer support tickets to assist learners with any technical or contentrelated inquiries.
• Project Management and Assistance. Support the learning and Sales team by managing logistics and administrative tasks ensuring smooth of all program components. Maintain detailed project plans for learning programs including timelines milestones and resource allocation.
• Didactical Consulting. Oversee the endtoend learning journey for our learners ensuring a seamless and engaging experience leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
• Expert management. Provide trainers with the necessary resources tools and support to deliver highquality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Necessary:

• Bachelors degree or relevant work experience in a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Google Workspace and presentation tools (e.g. PowerPoint Keynote).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Detailoriented and a passion for creating visually appealing and clear learning materials.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team.
• Serviceoriented mindset and willingness to support learners and team members.

Sufficient:

• Familiarity with AI automation or edtech topics is beneficial but not required.
• Basic understanding of learning and development (L&D) concepts.
