Note: This role does not offer visa sponsorship. We are only looking for candidates in Germany who speak German (C2 or Native) and English (C1 or above) languages.
Tasks & Responsibilities:

Convert customer needs into welldefined requirements for the development team.

Partner closely with developers testers and customers to ensure accurate and timely project delivery.

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of requirements and specifications.

Verify that all requirements align with customer expectations and project objectives.
Requirements:

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Basic understanding and experience in Java programming.

Strong interest in IT and software development processes.

Keen attention to detail with a passion for identifying patterns and crafting clear concepts.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly.

Eager to collaborate effectively within a team and with external stakeholders.

A degree in MINT (Mathematics Informatics Natural Sciences or Technology) is required.

Proficiency in German at a native level.
