I am pleased to present today’s job offer on behalf of one of our international partners, who is currently seeking Manager Accounting to lead their Luxembourg office. This role provides the opportunity to work independently while staying in regular contact with various international departments.

Our partner, established over ten years ago, manages multiple entities both within Luxembourg and internationally. They oversee all accounting, tax, and corporate tasks for these entities. When necessary, they also collaborate with external service providers, with whom they maintain excellent professional relationships.

Your Responsibilities | PFS – Accountancy – Holding - Tax - Accounting

As a Manager Accounting, you will be responsible for preparing all required financial statements for the company.
In this role, you will prepare all VAT and tax returns for the entities of the Holding.
You are expected to prepare necessary reports in time for various board meetings, and when required, to present them.
Given the strict deadlines in Luxembourg, you will be responsible for completing the Annual Accounts for the entities before the deadline to avoid any penalties for late submission.
You will also be in direct contact with various departments across Europe to ensure that your entities are managed correctly and that reconciliations are optimized.
In the long term, our partner anticipates growth within the Luxembourg office. They envision you taking on a leadership role, building and managing your own accounting team to support this expansion.

Profile and Career Path | PFS – Accountancy – Holding - Tax - Accounting

For this role, you must be fluent in both English and French to effectively communicate with clients and address their needs.
You should have at least 6 years of experience as an Accountant in a Big Four firm, fiduciary or PSF in Luxembourg.
Strong experience with SA, Sàrl, SCSP is required to be considered for this role, therefore we expect you to be autonomous on these types of companies.
You must be capable of working autonomously and have strong task prioritization skills.

For this role, our partner is pleased to offer a competitive salary of up to €100,000 gross per year, reflecting the value of your expertise.
