We are seeking a visionary and driven Founders Associate to join our international and interdisciplinary team. The Founders Associate will play a pivotal role in ideating developing and executing innovative strategies to drive growth and success. This position offers a unique opportunity for entrepreneurialminded individuals to immerse themselves in the startup ecosystem gain handson experience and make a lasting impact.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the founding team to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
• Conduct market research and analysis to assess market needs competitive landscape and potential opportunities for disruption.
• Develop and refine the companys vision mission and strategic objectives in alignment with market demands and company goals.
• Lead the ideation conceptualization and validation of new product/service ideas through rapid prototyping and user testing.
• Drive the development of innovative business models revenue streams and gotomarket strategies.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships with industry stakeholders investors and key decisionmakers.
• Provide mentorship guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Act as a brand ambassador and spokesperson for the company representing our values vision and objectives in various forums and events.
• Continuously evaluate and iterate on strategies based on market feedback emerging trends and performance metrics.

• Advanced student of management/business/economics or a related field. The most important thing is that you bring the passion and drive for this role.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically creatively and critically to solve complex problems and drive innovation.
• Excellent communication presentation and interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate ideas effectively.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation disruption and growth.
• Ability to thrive in a fastpaced dynamic environment with a high degree of ambiguity and uncertainty.
