LOCATION: 100% Homebased
DEPARTMENT: Arrow Global Components (AGC) -Sales
REPORTING TO: Vice President - Sales Components,CENTRAL
As a Global AccountManager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for lookingafter a multinational customer headquartered withinGermany.
You'll be responsible for formulatingand executing long-term growth strategies for Arrow's enterpriseoffer, influencing customers' centralized sourcing and technologyteams at an executive level, and oversight of existing supplychains to ensure that mutual KPIs are met andexceeded.
This requires a self-motivatedprofessional who is comfortable with regular travel within EMEA,with a proven ability to collaborate with business partners at anexecutive level. You'll have a proven track record of managing andgrowing multiple and complex large-scaleaccounts.

DUTIES / ACTIVITIES
- Target-focused activity toensure order-of-magnitude growth targetaccount
- Ownership of and maintenance of PSLapproval in specifiedclients/verticals
- Co-operation with globalRegional Managers to ensure the support for worldwide arms of thespecified global client
- Close work with andcoordination of Arrow sales leaders to establish best practices andmutual cross-selling benefits, including sitevisits
- Establishing relationships with keycontacts at major customers in an Account Management role,including making customer visits and attendance at tradeshows.
- Ability to get results from a dispersed,matrix team in a changing and competitive commercialenvironment

- Sales experiencepreferably in the electronic industry (preferably working withdistribution, electronic components)
- Experienceworking on strategic accounts - EMS/Industrialcustomers
- Experience working in internationalenvironments
- Ability to interact in a dailybasic with C-Level stakeholders
- Experience inthe field of Supplier & Customer sales and distribution wouldbe a plus
- Open, flexible, and energeticcolleague with excellent communication and networkingskills
- Good analyticalskills
- Confident andcompelling
- Strong proficiency in German andEnglish
